– Boneless chicken breast coated in tandoori spice blend (cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, and cayenne)
– Riced cauliflower seasoned with cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves
The chicken turned out great. The rice was WAY over seasoned as I used a recipe intended for much more cauliflower, and forgot to adjust the spices. As a result, I ended up making what will now be called cinnamon fire rice.
