A Roast

What:
– Roasted pork tenderloin with olive oil, paprika, chili powder, cumin, and coriander
– Roasted green cabbage wedges with olive oil and garlic

Notes:
This is now one of my favorite ways to eat cabbage! The pork and cabbage were roasted at 450 degrees, with the cabbage needing a bit more time. I thought I burnt it, but the char was the best part!
