Breakfast for Dinner

What:
– Scrambled eggs (2 whole to 1 white) with mushrooms, seasoned with paprika
– Turnip hash browns seasoned with garlic and paprika

Notes:
I have now tried turnip hash browns and kohlrabi hash browns and I liked the turnips much better. Next time I will try to dry the grated turnip out a bit as I think it will brown a little more that way.
