What:
– Roasted pork tenderloin with garlic, ginger, and apple cider vinegar
– Tuscan kale chips seasoned with garlic, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar

Notes:
The pork and the kale chips were both baked at 450 degrees. Some of the kale chips cooked faster than others and had to be taken out sooner.
